*MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES*

All products offered by Your Own Prints (YOP) are customized and/or manufactured on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. Accordingly, the following policy shall apply to all orders:

• No Return, Refund or Money-Back: All orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Size Selection: Customers must review the applicable size chart and select the correct size before placing an order. Incorrect size selection will not qualify for exchange.
• Pre-Dispatch Verification: Where applicable, a final product photograph may be shared with the customer/franchise office for verification prior to dispatch. The approved photograph will be treated as the reference for the final product.
• Eligible Exchange: Exchange will be considered only for verified manufacturing defects, significant printing defects, or incorrect product/size/color/design dispatched by YOP.
• Non-Eligible Exchange: Exchange requests arising from change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, fit-related concerns, minor colour/shade variations, or minor printing/fabric variations will not be accepted.
• Approved Reference: If the delivered product reasonably matches the approved/reference photograph, no exchange claim will be entertained.
• Exchange Period: Any eligible exchange request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the issue.
• Product Condition: Products submitted for an approved exchange must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
• Verification: All exchange claims are subject to review and approval by YOP. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
• Resolution: For approved claims, YOP will provide a replacement/exchange of the affected product. No cash refund or money-back will be provided under any circumstances.
• Acceptance of Policy: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

YOP reserves the right to determine the eligibility of an exchange request based on the order details, approved reference, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
